My passion for women’s fitness began after having my son, a journey that inspired me to help others feel strong and confident through every stage of life. As a certified Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, with specialist qualifications in postnatal and menopause fitness, I’m dedicated to supporting women through their unique transitions. Whether you’re preparing for your wedding, navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, or embracing the changes of peri- and post-menopause, my goal is to help you build strength, balance, and confidence, with plenty of encouragement (and a little humour) along the way.

Each session is tailored to your goals, creating a space where movement feels purposeful, enjoyable, and entirely your own, whether we train in my private gym, in the comfort of your home or through online coaching. With expert guidance and a holistic approach, I blend strength, mobility, and sustainable lifestyle strategies to help you feel strong, centred, and confident in your body, not just for now, but for life.
